Order Processing & Handling
• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, or special promotions.
• Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options & Rates
* We offer multiple shipping options to best suit your needs. Shipping rates are based on your selected service, delivery location, and order size. Economy Shipping – $25 Flat Rate
• This shipping option allows us to select the most cost-effective shipping carrier available within the $25 rate.
• If applicable, you may have the option to choose your preferred carrier at checkout.
• Delivery times for economy shipping vary based on destination and carrier but typically range from 5-10 business days after shipment. Expedited & 2-Day Shipping
• 2-day shipping guarantees delivery within 2 business days from the time your order is shipped, NOT from when the order is placed.
• Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST to be eligible for same-day processing. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• This option is available at an additional cost and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions & Considerations
• We currently ship within USA .
• Some items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on weight, size, or regulatory requirements.
Tracking & Delivery
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
• Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Please allow extra time during peak shipping seasons.
• If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting us.
* Please contact your shipping Carrier for updates if your tracking number has not been updates after 3 days.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
• Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier and start a claim once your claim has been submitted and you have gotten a claims number contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package, but we are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
• Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at toughestfrickenrods@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
YOU MUST HAVE STARTED A CLAIM WITH THAT CARRIER BEFORE WE REACH OUT TO THE CARRIER. ONCE YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THE CLAIMS NUMBER SO WE CAN FURTHER INVESTIGATE YOUR CLAIM.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Returns & Exchanges
