Refund policy

RETURNS

If for some reason you need to return an item purchased directly from our website, please e-mail toughestfrickenrods@gmail.com or call 573-881-5802 for authorization. We will ask for your order number, and have you ship the item back to us at your cost within 30 days of receiving the item. Please insure the package.

If the item is damaged in shipping, we will not accept the return and you'll need to file a claim with your shipping provider. 

When the item is received in new/unused condition, you will be issued a refund, minus a $25 restocking fee on rods. we do not accept returns on apparel.

REFUNDS

In the event of equipment failure, we offer a full refund up to one (1) year after purchase with order number/receipt of purchase. If more than 1 year after purchase has passed, receive 50% off towards purchase of new rod. In either case, the broken item must be returned to us, if it is a rod just the reel seat needs to be returned, shipping at your expense, in order to initiate the refund.
